Paula is a talented and versatile design professional who has been in practice since 1992. She graduated from USF/Academy of Art College with a BFA in Interior Design.
For over 19 years Paula cultivated a career of diverse design experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including furniture dealers, facility planners, architects, manufacturers and corporate CEOs.
In 2001, she opened Facilities by Design a full service space planning and move management company. She collaborates with a trusted network of seasoned professionals when additional resources or specialists are required.
Ashley began working at Facilities by Design in September 2012. She has an extensive background in graphic design with a degree from San Diego State University. Additionally, she is nearing completion of an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Santa Rosa Junior College. Aside from a well designed space, Ashley enjoys bookbinding and live music. Ashley has a passion for learning and taking on new challenges and has brought that to Facilities by Design.
Devon joined Facilities by Design in October 2014 as an administrative assistant. A registered nurse for 11 years followed by motherhood and stints as a bookkeeper, Devon brings a unique blend of talents to the team. A knack for numbers and attention to detail make Devon a versatile team member who excels at invoicing, payroll, and writing proposals. When she’s not working, Devon enjoys spending time with her two children (a son and a daughter), hiking, and serving as a Girl Scout leader.
