I’m really happy I was able to integrate the clients Brand into the workstations by reupholstering the tackboards with the Serena & Lily fabric. This is not the typical corporate client, Serena & Lily are an Ecommerce business with beautiful products and vibrant designs. When taking this growing company from IKEA home office desks to an office workstation environment I wanted to ease the transition. I did this by using low workstation panels and ingetrating colorful Serena & Lily accents throughout. We increased the employee count in the suite by almost 50% going from 13 employees workstations to 23. I also reused every piece of their existing office furniture in the new design. The CFO was happy with the increase in employee/sq ft ratio and cost of design.
We engaged Paula to assist with our rapid growth here in Southern Marin. She educated herself on our model and how our groups interact and has now become a key ingredient as we continue to expand.
